TEACHER OF THE YEAR!
Sun Jung Kim (Korean teacher)

Born in Seoul in South Korea, shemoved to New York to study Communication and Media Studies at NYU and earned her M.A. in 2007. Teaching Korean at Langua World is a good way to share both her language and Korean culture with people from different backgrounds. She has found that most students came to the institute since studying Korean by themselves was tough. So instead of using books, she created her own presentations which are visually friendly and easy to understand grammar. Her class materials cover all aspects of Korean language; vocabulary, grammar, syntax, basic conversation and pronunciation. Once you grasp the foundation of grammar, she will move to Korean drama scripts while listening and reading with grammar descriptions. Also, for an effective learning and consumer-oriented service, at your request, she is willing to generate and bring materials you want to learn specifically.
